1. About this site
This website presents the services of TEFWEBS, a web development studio, and lets you send enquiries, create an account and request a consultation booking.
2. Bookings
- A booking is a request for a consultation. It is not a contract for work.
- Bookings are available on weekdays in the time slots shown. We may confirm, move or cancel a slot and will contact you if we do.
- You can cancel a booking from your account. Please do so as early as you can.
3. Projects and quotes
Any website, app or other work is covered by a separate written quote or agreement. Budget ranges and targets mentioned on this site (such as performance scores and load times) are goals, not guarantees.
4. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your password private.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend accounts that are abused or used to disrupt the site.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, send spam or unlawful content through the forms, or use automated tools to bypass limits.
6. Intellectual property
The design, text, code and graphics on this site belong to TEFWEBS unless stated otherwise. You may not copy them without written permission.
7. Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, TEFWEBS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under South African consumer law.
